According to an insider source, T-mobile has 16 new cellphones scheduled for release between June 16 and August 1. The release from where this information was snatched is more of a guess of what kind of phones will be released rather than something that is set in stone. The Nokia 5310 XpressMusic Phone will be available from T-Mobile starting May 28 long after it was released in markets ousdie the United States. T-Mobile will be included two pre-loaded song with each purchase of the unit - one from Phantom planet and another one from Panic at the Disco. Besides that, users will also get a free copy of Panic at the Disco?s latest music video, That Green Gentleman, as well as a greeting from the band and an exclusive making of the video. Features of the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic Phone include a music player with external music controls, mp3 ringtones, a 2.0 megapixel camera with a 4x digital zoom, video capture and playback, Bluetooth, digital music player that supports MP3, WMA, and AAC formats, and a 1GB microSD card.
The Christian Dior cellphone looks a lot like a perfume bottle and will be launched very soon. It?s manufactured by Modelabs, a French designer phone expert, and will retail for the ridiculous amount of $3,500 to $5,000, with the possibility of it getting even more expensive if you decide to have it made with real diamonds instead of the ?cheaper? Swarovski crystals. The Christian Dior cellphone will be available worldwide except for Korea and Japan, and is a GSM handset with 3G capabilities. Other features of the phone are a touch screen display, a digital camera, and custom wallpaper and graphics for the fashionista snob.
The Giorgio Armani phone is a sleek device from Samsung that functions just as well as it looks. It?s got a 2.6-inch touch screen, 3-megapixel camera, USB and Bluetooth, microSD slot, FM radio, multimedia player, and an A2DP stereo for music (and it comes with Bluetooth headsets too). It?s also about as thin as a credit card and weighs only 3.6 ounces. As for the price, it?s about as hefty as its brand namesake. Samsung?s Giorgio Armani phone is retailing for 650 euros (about $950 US dollars).
